DCC is the epitome of two decades of dedication and passion for the land. This fifth edition, a limited production, is crafted from five varieties of organic grapes, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, meticulously selected from the micro-valley La Lajuela in the renowned Colchagua Valley.

The hand-harvested grapes undergo a rigorous double selection in the winery to ensure the excellence of each cluster. The wine ages for 700 days in French oak barrels, imparting unparalleled elegance, robustness, and depth.

In the glass, it displays an intense dark red color with complex aromas of forest fruits, subtle toasted notes, ripe strawberries, dried figs, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is broad and sophisticated, with pronounced notes of cherry and coffee, while its long, refined tannins lead to a memorable finish.

VERDI AGUILA, our flagship wine, is a powerful and unique blend from Chile, composed of five characteristic red grape varieties from the Colchagua Valley. Our winemaking team has aimed to create a wine where each variety contributes its own nature and distinctive qualities: the robust Cabernet Sauvignon, the spicy Carménère, the fruity Syrah, the aromatic Cabernet Franc, and the tannic Petit Verdot, resulting in a complex blend of character and elegance aged for over a year in French and American oak barrels.

Verdi Águila showcases perfectly balanced purity and freshness, with a sumptuous depth of ripe red fruits and a chocolatey finish. It is polished, intense, and has a fine, elegant structure.
