ANICETO BARREL RESERVE wines are made in honor of Mr. Aniceto Verdi. Traditional, powerful and elegant wines, made in the Curicó and Maule valleys for decades. Our oenological team selects the grapes for these wines by hand, which after vinification are aged exclusively in American oak barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Traditional wine with a marked American barrel, produced in honor of Aniceto Verdi.

Our ANICETO BARREL RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby red in color. Intense nose with notes of nuts, spices, chocolate and coffee. In the mouth it has medium acidity, elegant volume, marked sweet notes of American oak with fine-grained tannins and a long finish.

Carménère

Chosen one of the 5 best Carménère de Chile (Vinos de Chile Magazine 2007).

Our ANICETO BARREL RESERVE Carménère has an intense red-violet color. On the nose it is very fragrant, with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries, strawberries and figs. With a spicy background, aromas of black pepper and menthol stand out. On the palate it is broad and with great fruity concentration, it has well rounded tannins, a sensation of sweetness on the middle palate and a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Our ANICETO BARREL RESERVE Malbec has a dark red color, on the nose it presents delicate and elegant aromas of cassis and black fruits. In the mouth it shows an interesting combination of red and black fruits, medium acidity, with round and juicy tannins, a finish of vanilla and mocha notes.

RED BLEND

A remarkable mix, red strains with American toast...

Our oenological team selects the grapes for these wines by hand, which after vinification are mainly aged in American oak barrels. Our ANICETO BARREL RESERVE Red Blend is a blend mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a deep ruby color, on the nose it presents aromas of cassis and liquorice, with second aromas of vanilla and chocolate. In the mouth it is very pleasant, with a medium acidity, round evolution, firm and playful tannins and a long, woody finish.
