Centennial assembly, a smooth and elegant cut.

TASTING NOTE

ANICETO CENTENARY Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot is a grand reserve blend that reflects years of work and blends by our oenological team to arrive at an intense and elegant wine produced in our hillside vineyards of Colchagua and Curicó. Using only selected grapes that are grown mainly in sloping vineyards, a slow but complete maturation is ensured, then slowly aged in French and American oak barrels. Our Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot blend has an intense and bright red color. Intense nose of plums, hazelnuts and cocoa. Medium bodied, with a velvety texture and aromas of chocolate on the finish. This wine can be a great accompaniment to chicken stew.

GREAT CENTRAL VALLEY

The Central Valley of Chile – protected by the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Andes Cordillera to the east – is the ideal region for winemaking in Chile. With a stable Mediterranean climate and diverse soils, it offers excellent conditions for the production and growth of numerous grape varieties. Its large thermal variation causes dry summers with radiant days and cold nights which help the grapes reach their maximum potential of colour, aroma, and flavour.
