A commemoration of the 100 years of Aniceto Verdi in Chile …

TASTING NOTE

ANICETO CENTENARY Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of years of search and perseverance to arrive at a powerful, complex and elegant wine produced in our hillside vineyards of Colchagua and Curicó. Using only selected grapes that are grown mainly in sloping vineyards, a slow but complete maturation is ensured, then slowly aged in French and American oak barrels. Our Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby color. Intense nose with aromas of cassis and liquorice, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. In the mouth it is medium acidity, round, with firm tannins and an intense finish. This wine can be a great companion for red meat.

GREAT CENTRAL VALLEY

The Central Valley of Chile – protected by the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Andes Cordillera to the east – is the ideal region for winemaking in Chile. With a stable Mediterranean climate and diverse soils, it offers excellent conditions for the production and growth of numerous grape varieties. Its large thermal variation causes dry summers with radiant days and cold nights which help the grapes reach their maximum potential of colour, aroma, and flavour.
