Modernity and efficiency

Our winery, located in Sagrada Familia, 220 kms south of Santiago, is in the heart of the Curicó Valley. The modern and efficient wine cellar, with a vinification capacity of 13 million litres per year, includes a laboratory with the latest technology, an amazing barrel cellar with more than 3.500 American and French oak barrels, and a bottling plant with 3 automatic lines. The whole process from vineyard to packaging is HACCP certified for quality. Most importantly, a great team of people, winemakers, vintners, technicians, and engineers led by our French oenologist Carolina Arnello and our viticulturist Gonzalo Zavalla.

Philosophy Oenology

Our oenological team in charge of a second selection of the grapes in the winery, in order to leave the best fruit for future assemblages. The oenological philosophy of the Casa Verdi team is to always respect the fruit and the terroir of origin, providing oak aging in just the right measure to never overshadow the aromas and notes of the wines.
